How to make :

How to make :
1. Wash the strawberries throughly, then dry them and cut off the tops.

3. Put the mix into a stainless steel pot and place over low heat. Mix with a wooden spoon so that it won't stick to the pot. Simmer for 20 minutes.
4. The jam will thicken as it cools, so it's okay if it seems too juicy now. Put the jam into a jar while the jam is hot. (Try to put it in a jar that's been washed in hot water and completely dried). After it cools, keep it in the refrigerator. Use within two weeks.

Ingredients : [about 15 cookies] ❄ 70 g unsalted butter ❄ 50 g soft flour ❄ 50 g almond meal ❄ 50 g corn starch ❄ 4 tablespoons cocoa powder (no sugar) ❄ 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
How to make :
1. Leave the butter at room temperature to soften it. In a bowl, whisk butter with a wooden spoon.
2. Sift all of the other ingredients into a separate bowl, and add to the first bowl. Make sure it is a little moist.
3. Roll the dough into balls of about 3 cm in diameter. If you take some dough and squeeze it in your fist, and then roll it with both of your hands, it'll come out good.
4. Place the balls on a sheet of wax paper on a cookie sheet. Make sure to space them out 3-4 cm apart. Bake in oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (approximately 350 Fahrenheit).
5. When done, take it out of the oven and cool.
