If you've mastered the basic strawberry jam, try the more advanced banana jam..!
Ingredients : [for a medium-sized jar]
ღ 3 bananas
ღ lemon
ღ 1/2 cup sugar
How to make :
1. Peel the banana and cut off both ends. Cut up into thin slices.
2. Put the banana slices into a pot and quickly squeeze lemon juice over them so they don't change colour. Add the sugar and put it over low heat.
3. Stir with a wooden spoon while crushing the bananas. Simmer for 15 minutes and you're done!
